Directions Keep frozen. Basic Cooking Guide: Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place frozen tenderloins in a lightly oiled baking pan. 3. Bake 10 minutes, turn, and add cooking sauce if desired. 4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more, until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork and a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170 degrees F. Skillet: 1. Heat 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil per tenderloin in a large skillet on medium-high heat. 2. Add frozen tenderloins, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes. 3. Turn chicken, cover partially with lid, and add cooking sauce if desired. Cook 5 to 8 minutes more, until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork and a meat thermometer inserted to the thickest part reads 170 degrees F. Grill: 1. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. 2. Prepare grill so heat is medium hot (If using a charcoal grill, test temperature by holding your hand 6 inches above the grill rack. The fire is medium-hot if you can hold your hand there comfortably for 3 to 4 seconds). 3. Place frozen tenderloins on rack directly over fire; cover and cook 5 minutes. 4. Turn and cover again. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes more, until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork and a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170 degrees F.
