Directions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Bake: Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place frozen tenderloins in a lightly oiled pan. Bake 25 minutes, turn, and add cooking sauce if desired. Bake 40 minutes more until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170 degrees F. Skillet: Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil per tenderloin in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add frozen tenderloins, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 14 minutes. Turn chicken, cover partially with lid, and add cooking sauce if desired. Cook for 20 minutes more, until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170 degrees F. Grill: Grill: Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Prepare grill so heat is medium-hot. Place frozen tenderloins on rack directly over fire; cover and cook for 20 minutes. Turn chicken and cover again. Cook for 20 minutes more, until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170 degrees F.
Keep frozen.
