Coconut Milk (200 mg): Coconut Extract 50% Water. Thai Red Curry Paste (43 g): Garlic, Red Chili Peppers, Lemon Grass, Onion, Rice Bran Oil, Salt, Galangal (Thai Ginger), Spices (Cumin, Coriander Seed, Black Pepper), Kaffir Lime Peel, Coriander, Palm Sugar. Thai Herbs (1.4 g): Kaffir Lime Leaves, Sliced Lemon Grass, Sweet Basil Leaves.

Directions Cooking Method: Recipe below is for entire kit. Makes 3 servings. Chop approximately 10.5 oz/300 g of beef sirloin into strips. Heat a tablespoon of rice bran oil or vegetable oil in a pan and add the sachet of Thai Taste Red Curry Paste and stir fry for 3 minutes until the aroma of the paste is released. Add the beef strips and continue to stir until all the beef is coated with the paste. Add the sachet of Thai Taste coconut milk and allow to simmer for 5 minutes ensuring beef is cooked, stir in the sachet of dry herbs, allow to simmer gently 2 minutes. Your authentic Thai curry is now ready. You can add chopped coriander, bamboo shoots and sliced fresh green chili to finish off the dish. You may substitute the beef with chopped vegetables or the same weight of duck. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened use all ingredients.
