Directions Keep frozen. Conventional Cooking: 1. For 1/2 Bag: Place frozen Cut Corn and 1/2 cup water into a 1 quart saucepan. For full bag: Use 2 qt. saucepan, 1/2 cup water. 2. Cover, place on High heat and bring to a rapid boil. 3. Stir, reduce heat and simmer, covered, until vegetables are tender-crisp, 3 - 4 minutes. 4. Drain, season to taste and serve. Microwave Cooking: 1. Pour desired quantity of frozen Cut Corn with water, into a casserole dish, following the directions in the chart. 1 Serving = 3.3 oz, in 1 pt casserole, add 1 tbsp water, cook 3 - 4 min; 3 serving = 10 oz, in 3 cup casserole, add 1 tbsp water, cook 5 - 6 min; 5 servings = 16 oz, in 1 qt casserole, add 2 tbsp water, cook 9 to 10 min. 2. Cover and cook the recommended time, stirring once about midway through the cooking period. 3. Season to taste, stir, cover, and allow to stand a few minutes before serving. Times may vary from one microwave to another.
