Directions Chocolate cake ingredients you'll need: 2 eggs + 1/4 cup vegetable oil + 1/2 cup water. Baking Instructions: 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for metal or glass pan or 325 degrees F for a dark-coated metal pan. Evenly coat pan with non-stick spray. For cupcakes, use paper baking cups. 2. Mix: Pour contents of chocolate cake mix into large bowl. Add eggs, oil and water. Mix until well blended. Pour batter into cake pan. 3. Bake: Bake as directed following bake times below or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before frosting. Store loosely covered. Pan Size: 8 inch round / 8 inch square; Bake time: 26-30 min. Pan Size: 9 inch round / 11 inch x 7 inch; Bake Time: 21-25 min. Pan Size: Cupcakes; Baking Time: 12-16 min.
