Directions
This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Keep raw meats and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Thaw completely if frozen. Remove from package. Oven: Preheat to 275 degrees F. and place lean side down in pan. Roast uncovered 55-85 minutes per pound and reaches an internal temperature of at least 185 degrees F. Remove and rest 10 minutes before slicing. Pressure Cooker: Cut roast into 2-3 pieces and place in pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water. Set cooker to high pressure for 1 hour (adjust for mini cookers). Natural release for 15 minutes. Remove and pull pork apart. Pressure cookers and ovens vary. Adjust cook time and instructions accordingly.
Keep refrigerated. May be frozen.
