Remove frozen empanadas from wrapper and place in a microwave safe container. 2. Microwave on high for 2 - 3 minutes (Internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. These instructions are guidelines only since individual cooking equipment varies in temperature). Turn over halfway through cooking. Note: Microwave operating at 1200 watts. Adjust cook times to individual microwave. Results may vary. Caution: Contents may be hot.
