Smokin’ Beef Brisket and Grilled Corn with Avocado Butter

Brisket is a great BBQ dish for any summer get together, but if it isn’t done right, it can lead to tough & dry meat.  Here are some tips to ensure the perfect brisket and grilled corn!

Tip-ButtonBrisket is a tough meat – slow & steady is the name of the game.  That ensures that it goes from tough to tender

Tip-ButtonMarinade the meat overnight in the fridge.

Tip-ButtonGrill slowly on low heat for two hours – be patient; it will all be worth it!

Tip-ButtonDon’t throw out that leftover juice.  Put it on top of the meat before serving to make it even juicier!

Tip-ButtonFor the perfect grilled corn, soak your corn in cold water first so the corn steams and cooks simultaneously!
