We’re always looking for ways to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We invite you to tell us how you start the day off with breakfast at home by taking an online survey. It’s quick, easy and at the end you can enter for a chance to win one of five $100 gift cards from Albertsons Market.

    Being one of those people not very hungry in the AM, and cant seem to have an appetite, I just pop a frozen biscuit in the oven, and make half a packet of Pioneer (or other) biscuit gravy. Coffee, and later a big orange juice.Filling, good, and habit forming.

    Please make your receipts shorter. They are not easy to read, and I got one 12 inches long for 2 items. This is just a pet peeve of mine, when so much paper is given for such a short receipt.

    I came to the site as noted on my receipt to take the “Customer Experience Survey” for a chance to win $100. There is no Customer Experience Survey. Why put this on your receipts if you are not doing this? I looked everywhere.

    your cinnamon muffins are great along with the fruit selection now because of the spring and summer seasons. I just like to wake up grab a small cup of coffee and visit all the great employees at the Hailey store. Those smiles and fun little comments we share are a great way to start the day. The Hailey store rocks
    Please get this web site fixed not easy to get around. Not having the best computer skills just keep it simple and then leave it alone.

    I always have fruit and tea with breakfast. Alongside cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, toast with peanut butter, fresh homemade juice or a smoothie. I like lots of variety on my breakfast table!

    I am so thankful that you got rid of your card. Now Canadians and other folk can shop and not have to pay higher prices. I love the Starbucks there also.

    I love a large glass of Iced coffee…Folgers Dark Gourmet ( Cinnamon, nutmeg, ,mixed with grounds) or Folders Flavors Hazelnut Ground Coffee, Torani sugar free Vanilla or hazelnut, Silk soy milk Vanilla, Splenda and Ice.

    Oatmeal – almond slices, fresh apples, grapes, dried cranberries, Silk vanilla flavored, and Splenda

    Toast – with Country Crock Spreadable Butter

    I cannot access your “Customer Experience Survey” because FIREFOX has blocked JAVA and apparently won’t function without that ad-on. This survey is not linked here-is there an alternative site to detail why we were NOT “Highly Satisfied” on our most recent shopping trip to Albertsons? Thanks

You should be able to update your preferences in FireFox to enable Java, or you can use a different web browser like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.     As with Vickey in an earlier post I came here to dutifully complete a customer satisfaction survey only to wind up here. The staff at store# 6016 often looks stressed and thinly staffed except when it appears that corporate is on site then you can’t walk three feet with out bumping into a stressed out employee desperately asking/pleading if you need anything. Anyway I’d like to give a bunch of “tens” to Christina S. for her courtesy under fire. Do I still have a shot at a $100 gift card? LOL.

    Why do grocery stores have to water down the veggies – they do not last long because of it. Not to mention that when they cost per pound, the water adds to that weight!

      Oh, great question, Ann! The idea behind misting produce is to keep it from drying out and getting wilted, so it actually helps the produce last longer. I hope that answers your question! ~Marie

    I live in Lewiston, Idaho…Your customer satisfaction survey does not exist and has not existed for a long time here in Lewiston…The survey link is on the receipt…but there is no code number listed on it…Lately when I go to the survey link, it says the page does not exist..This website is the only one I can access to air my opinion….I use google chrome for a browser..I usually have a muffin and coffee for breakfast…

      I’m sorry you’re having problems getting to our survey, Nigel. The survey website has changed to – There is no code required to take the survey. Just make sure your Java in enabled. You can also get to our survey by going to – Under “Our Stores” there will be the option to “Take Our Online Survey.” If you get an error message, try clearing your cookies and cache and reopening your browser.     I’ve had a wonderful experience shopping at Albertson’s, but trying to navigate through your site is anything but that! I can’t even find the survey’s!

    I just have a feeling that your companies’ employees are being over-stressed by surveys; and I’m only saying this because I have been a loyal Albertson’s customer for over 6 years, and I’ve noticed they have been pushing surveys: I go to the deli almost every day, and I hate to have to see people important to me “people which affect my mood,” being miserable over something that is not anywhere near their control. I’ll keep going to Albertson’s, only because it’s my tradition and my place to make myself feel good, but I really wish you would fix your website. Stop torturing your customers with invisible surveys: I heard from my neighbor that they are too long.

    Recently Iwas in Albertson,in the deli department. There is such a variety of foods to choose from, I asked one of the young men working in this in dept. , for some suggestions about putting a meal together, he had lots of ideas,he really help me .He sure knew about all of the foods in that dept, thanks to him, my party meals went over great with the crowd.His name was Kevin. Thanks,a lot you are a great employee, thanks again to Albertsons Deli/Meat Dept.

    Just went back to the Monrovia ,CA Albertsons and was really impressed especially how clean the store was and the fruits and vegetable section was outstanding. I will be back shopping at Albertsons weekly now…. Thanks Patrick

    Yesterday as I was checking out,I told the cashier that I was looking for a specific product.She informed me that it had been moved and took the time to walk me to the area so that I could add it to my order.I was very impressed with her concern.and pleasant manner.She was Leah-Christina at your La Costa store.You have a superb store and I am happy it’s in my area.From a happy snowbird from Toronto.D.Scolnick

    I shop at Albertsons in Burleson Tx and i recenly had a young lady by the name Kim Thomason as my cashier…she made me feel feel i wasnt just another customer she made me and my liittle girl feel like she actually cared my daughter never talks to anyone bu she was not only talking to her she now always wants to go back to see her. i now shop only at Albertsons…wonderful savings and great service.thanks robbyn

    I am Customer @ Albertsons Store- 4800 Blue Diamond Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89139.

    Every year Albertson Store amazed me how their weekly Ads, In-Store Service, Events and display are organized. Everyday employees Welcome Customers of their needs with their Excellent Customer Service in all areas…Security, Cashier especially (Connie,Bridgette,Laura,Mike, and
    Olivia). All other areas..Deli, Floral, Meat & Seafood, Produce, Health & Beauty Aid. Lastly, stocker employee always greet in friendly manner and ask if we need help or any products they can assist. I find the most Friendly, Cleanliness and Best Customer Service.
    Important values –
    A). I told the cashier that I was looking for a specific product. She informed me that it had been moved and took the time to walk me to the area so that I could add it to my order.
    B)Variety of foods to choose and selections on specific products.
    C) Weekly ads – purchase products and return or exchange, they are helpful, with Customers concern with pleasant manner.

    The pharmacy group at my Albertsons is the BEST!!! Jason Keck and his crew have won me over. I was a Walmart pharmacy person for 10 years and then transfer ALL of my husband and my prescriptions over to Albertsons pharmacy with Jason…They are polite, friendly, honest and most of all very efficient.. It is a pleasure to do business with them! I will never change my pharmacy again!!!

    I took a bike to the local albertsons down the road from my house so that I could get some groceries and when I was checking out I mentioned to the cashier that I took my bike and she was nice enough to double bag my items so that they didn’t fall out while I rode the bike. I thought it was very thoughtful of her to do 🙂

    We have always been loyal Albertsons shoppers over the past 50 years and have been satisfied with our experiences from store appearance to personnel. Today, we stopped by to make a purchase at our Steilacoom store. Judy, our cashier, had a cordial greeting and a smile. A smile goes a long way. She was quick and efficient, sending us along our way with “have a good rest of your day” with eye contact and a smile. What a nice beginning to our busy day.

    I am a customer who a few years ago suffered traumatic hearing loss in both ears and am now totally deaf. I’m only 40. After it happened I grew depressed and agoraphobic. The one place I feel great going is to my local store. At other stores when I explain I’m deaf the sales people look down and stop talking. They act like I’m invisible. One lady at my store is particularly healing for me. I told her I’m deaf and she goes out of her way to be kind and helpful and is complimentary and sweet. Going there makes me happy. She treats me as an equal in a world where I now feel like a ghost.

    I can’t say how much her smiles and niceties improve my days. I’m glad she told me about the survey maybe someone will see this and thank her for me. Her name is Michelle, she works at the Aurora Avenue Lynnwood, WA, store number 485, I think it says on the receipt her employee number is 116?

    Tiny gestures are amplified when your world becomes as small as mine has. I appreciate her everyday kindness. Please let her know.

    I tried taking the survey so that I could let Kathy’s boss know how appreciative I am of her and the rest of the team at the Albertsons in Poulsbo. It said the site was closed so I guess this is the next best thing. Although we have another new grocery store in town, I won’t be switching!! 🙂

    I’m always hungry in the morning and will eat just about anything, whether it be leftovers from dinner or cereal, it makes no difference as long as it’s food. (I do have a sweet tooth though, pancakes, waffles, french toast)

When you do a web search for the address it will give you a lot of different survey sites that may not be affiliated with Albertsons.     survey link hasn’t been working all summer I tell cashiers managers Just stare blind look keep trying don’t care I spend over 100 for my family my hubby disabled love go quick close home so don’t have leave him long just would love win that gift card iam done tried getting no staright answer Help

    I have a raincheck for your shrimps 16/20 for $3.99. Of course, after the sales event, I went back and they didn’t stock that size. Eventually, the raincheck expired. Now, they carried that size, but they won’t accept my raincheck.

    First of all, the only reason that I have a raincheck is because the store didn’t prepare for the sales; thus, running out of stuffs even on the first day of the sales. When the sales is for 7 days, and you ran out of stuffs on the first day, you don’t know what you are doing as a manager.

    Secondly, even if it is expired, it should be honored because your lack of preparation, we came back to give you another chance.
