Directions What You'll Need: Eggs; water or milk; oil (coconut or vegetable). Pancakes (4 Inches): How Many: 6; 3/4 cups mix; 1 egg; 1-1/2 tbsp water or milk; 1 tbsp oil; How Many: 12; 1-1/2 cups mix; 2 eggs; 3 tbsp water or milk; 2 tbsp oil; How Many: 20; full box mix; 4 eggs; 1/3 cup water or milk; 3 tbsp oil. Whisk eggs, milk, oil in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended. Heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle using 2 tbsp. batter for each pancake. Cook until edges are dry, turn and brown other side. Waffles (4 Inches): How Many: 4; 1/2 cups mix; 1 egg; 2 tbsp water or milk; 2 tsp oil; How Many: 12; 1-1/2 cups mix; 3 eggs; 5 tbsp water or milk; 2 tbsp oil; How Many: 20; full box mix; 5 eggs; 2/3 cup water or milk; 3 tbsp oil. Preheat waffle iron on high heat setting. Whisk eggs, milk, oil in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended. Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron. Cook on high according to waffle iron instructions and serve. Mix it up! Try one of these creative toppings combos: Yogurt, sliced strawberries, drizzle of honey sliced bananas, almond butter, chopped nuts. Mashed avocado, chopped onion, arugula, everything seasoning.
