Directions Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen. Do not thaw. For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Stove Top: For every cup of Brussels sprouts, bring 1/4 cup water to a boil. Add Brussels sprouts, bring to boil, cover and simmer until tender, 4 to 6 minutes. Microwave: In a microwave-safe bowl, add 2 tablespoons water to package of Brussels sprouts. Microwave covered, on high 5 to 7 minutes, stirring once. Steam: Place Brussels sprouts in steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam until tender, stirring once. 1-1/2 cups of Brussels sprouts will take about 7 to 8 minutes. Perishable. Keep frozen.
